Our Vision

Well, I appreciate the opportunity you're giving me to speak.

Ladies and gentlemen, we're not here to delve into fiction but to confront the harsh reality of our financial landscape. The world of investment banking, once anchored by accountability to stakeholders, has veered off course. In the era of towering industrial empires, visionaries like the Carnegies and the Mellons ensured that their fortunes were intricately tied to their enterprises. Today, however, investment bankers seems disconnected from the very fabric of the companies they advice and sell.

Collectively, those at the helm of power—these modern-day titans—only care about making money. Ask yourself, where does their allegiance lie? Certainly not in the prosperity of the company or the pockets of the shareholders.

You, the stockholder, own the corporation. It's time to recognize that truth.

You're being shortchanged by a cadre of bureaucrats reveling in opulence—indulging in extravagant lunches, leisurely hunting trips, corporate jets, and parachutes of gold.

In our contemporary landscape, financial institutions have grown into complex behemoths. The reality is, do we truly need 33 different vice presidents earning exorbitant salaries when the core business is hemorrhaging millions?

Corporate evolution now seems to abide by the survival of the unfittest. In our manifesto, either you execute flawlessly, or you face extinction.

In the recent deals I've been part of, 2.5 million stockholders have collectively reaped a pre-tax profit of 12 billion dollars. Thank you.

We're not in the business of tearing down corporations; we're in the business of liberating them!

The truth is, ladies and gentlemen, that responsibility—for lack of a better term—is paramount.

Greed is right.

Greed works.

Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the collective spirit.

Greed, in all its formsgreed for life, for money, for love, knowledge—should guide our ascent.

And Greed—mark my words—will not only fortify our corporations but salvage the very essence of a society that teeters on malfunction.

Thank you very much.
